Don’t you enjoy walking down country paths waiting to see what surprises might be found along the way? A Colorful Walk is such a path that brings you peace and joy. At least for this time you can enjoy that beautiful journey as you go.

In one of the suburbs east of Dallas, Texas, Candace began her art journey with dry media, such as colored pencil, pen, graphite, pastel and charcoal in 2000. By 2003, she began painting in oil, of which, as she expresses, is her favorite medium. Her artwork involves painting in oil on canvas or panel with brushes, palette knives, toothpicks and anything else that will provide the desired expression for the painting at hand, ranging from realism to a slightly looser style. Inspired by the way light hits a child, the beautiful glistening seascape, the delicate flower, trees and landscape or the cuteness of a pet, Candace enjoys painting light and color that encourages good and positive emotions.
